The government provides salaries for the faculty and principal, but only $5 per child, per year, for supplies. The Yick Wo PTO raises money to bridge this funding gap and offer our students the well-rounded, quality education they deserve.

Your donation will provide students with weekly art, music and physical education as well as funding field trips, and other offerings no longer supported by city, state, and federal funding. It is only through the support of our community that we are able to fund these remarkable activities. Your donation is 100 percent tax-deductible.

Ready to shop up a storm at Amazon? Here’s your chance to help Yick Wo’s students at the same time. Whenever you plan to shop, use the link below to navigate to Amazon. Then shop as you normally do and Amazon will donate a percentage of your purchase to the Yick Wo PTO. How easy is that? Please do tell your friends. Register your Safeway Club Card, Macy’s and other debit/credit cards with eScrip, then shop at participating merchants such as Safeway, Planet Organics, Mollie Stones, Andronico’s, Macy’s, and many others and the school receives a percentage of your purchases. You can also shop online at over 700 merchants (Gap, Old Navy, Nordstrom’s, Eddie Bauer, Apple iTunes, eBay, etc) and earn even more money for Yick Wo.

Shop at Sports Basement.
Mention Yick Wo when you shop at Sports Basement and you’ll get a double whammy. First, you’ll automatically save 10 percent of the cost of your purchase. Second, Sports Basement will give another 5 percent to the Yick Wo PTO. It’s as simple as that. Pass it on to your family and friends. Anybody can say the secret word, Yick Wo, and earn the 10 percent discount (and the funds for the school).

Donates 5% of your purchase to Yick Wo. Just mention the school when you check out at any Office Depot Store.

Clip Box Top coupons from hundreds of participating products such as Juicy Juice, Cheerios, Kleenex, Ziploc, Huggies, and send them to school for collection. Box Tops coupons are worth 10ยข each when our school redeems them from Box Tops for Education.

Register with onecause.com (formally known as Schoolpop.com) and make online purchases through the website at hundreds of businesses (REI, OshKosh, Land’s End, LLBean, Oriental Trading Company, Travelocity, Budget, United.com, etc). Purchase or renew magazines through their website too! Start at the onecause web site and 2% -5% of your purchase goes to our school. Register at www.onecause.com and designate Yick Wo Elementary.

Donates 1% of Target Visa and Target Guest Card purchases made at Target and target.com, and 1/2% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere, to the eligible K-12 school of the guest’s choice. Designate Yick Wo as the school of choice for your Target card(s) at www.target.com.
